Staff is friendly and kind. Unfortunately, they are understaffed, but that is understandable. I had a mobile order, but my food was handed directly to me shortly after my arrival and the food tasted good. It’s unfortunate they’ve changed their hours to be shorter.

The only thing I have to say is the food is good ,and Luis is the friendliest person there.

Went there today to dine in and their doors was locked and couldnt go thru drive thru on bikes but there wasnt a sign on door to say why their doors was locked so they lost a customer today

Why did I have to wait 45 minutes for my food that was cold and my order was short spent 18 dollars and got ripped off worst service ever !!!!! Ill go to McDonald's for now on rude service very unhappy

They give you a survey to do on the reciept and a phone number to call. Corporate would be a good place to start with an issue such as bad service.

Ok is it me or does this taco bell close early than the time on the window..says 1am it is now 1155pm black female came to the window after 5min of sitting up at the window and now says we changed operating time we close at twelve

If you go to one of the real Mexican restaurant in town you would not eat taco bell food again. I have tried several and I will never eat there any more.

Worst service ever just don’t go period. they’re the type to give you a water cup, but forget the water. Where the negative stars at?
