That's who you're supposed to go after anyways. Whomever owns the property where injury occurred is the responsible party! If you get assaulted let's say in a bar.. You not only file suit against the person who assaulted you but also the bars owners. You will get a ton more from the owner due to the high coverage policies they have to have!
