I have been using another specialty pharmacy but received a message requesting my information. Unsure why I received it. I contacted my current specialty pharmacy and they did not know why I was sent this letter.

If any concern for authenticity, you can always contact your doctor's office first to confirm if they sent a new prescription to BioPlus. They are only a pharmacy for Specialty medications, so it may be that your regular pharmacy is unable to dispense a new medication, and that's why your doctor sent the prescription to BioPlus. I use bio Plus pharmacy they great but they did tell me that there was scam calls mabe some one trying to scam you but bio Plus pharmacy is wonderful face delivery very nice and friendly answer all my questions
