No you dont have to have a library card but if you dont have a library card you have to pay for a daily pass which i believe is $2 and you also have to pay like 10 cents per page that you print.
A Guest Pass will cost you $2.00 / You can login to a computer and print @ .15$ per page. You can have print money on your guest pass.
