How do you get someone to answer the phone....?The first time I called - phone rang 30 times and then went to busy signal. 2nd time I called - phone rang 30 times - same thing....can't someone pick up and say - just a minute...can you wait.

They new phone system is up and running now

Their phones/internet are down. They have someone there working on it all. We were just there. Their Facebook says the phones are being updated and you can reach the info to get hold of them on Facebook or I would try tomorrow. If it is an Emergency I would call the animal ER. :)
