Hello, I have a 24ft RV it’s a95 but in really good shape, no kids,maybe a small dog and no guest, I’m looking for sewer and electric also. How muck would it be for the season and would I have to pay all at once?

There is no age limit for RV's. There are a lot of hidden charges though. You must ask for these hidden charges, there is a Basic Fees charges but you only get this upon check in. Some of these hidden charges are not listed on their Basic Fees hand out sheet. one of the biggest is Septic. they charge you a whopping $400.00 more for that! There is not mention of a lot of the basic fees on their website. All I can say is good luck!

Owner would probably inspect camper. Sewer and electric available. Payments usually do in thirds off season with total due by opening. Cost would depend upon the site.
