Yes you will be allowed to photograph there and they do have a lot of pretty flowers

The gardens are open Dawn to dusk daily except when a private event is booked. The sign out front will indicate if the gardens are closed. Admission is free. We only ask that visitors respect the grounds which are maintained by club members and Master Gardeners.
