Hello, I have a few questions for our upcoming vacation in June. Does every room have a balcony? What are the views of if not the bay? Are there stores within walking distance? What is the club level? Thanks!

I think that every room has a balcony, but some are bigger than others. Alternating floors seem to have larger (table and chairs) and smaller (just step out) balconies. The hotel offers a free shuttle at pre-set times to the nearby shopping center (it has a Target, among other stores). You can also uber to the shopping plaza for around $8 -it's very close.

Hi Angela, some balconies are furnished with two chairs and a table, others are step-out. If you've booked a view room, you'll have coastal views. Additional views are of the golf course and the tropical landscapes around the resort. Regency Club guestrooms is available for booking on our website. Access includes light fare and beverages throughout the day. There is a major shopping mall at the end of our road, about 2 miles from the resort. We offer daily shuttle service to the mall, or you may choose an Uber or Lyft. In addition, we offer trolley service throughout the resort, to the neighboring Raptor Bay Golf Course and the vacation club, as well as to the marina next to the resort where guests can board our boat to visit the island. These services are included.

Yes All rooms have a balcony with views of golf courses and lakes, for example. Yes There are shops within walking distance. The club level is 4 stars. Very familiar, I recommend it. 😀

I don't know all these answers. But there is a good sized outdoor mall (Coconut Point Mall) in driving or biking distance on 41 ( the closest main cross street) It would be a long walk!
