Beautiful resort, very clean and upscale quality furnishings. The pool was fantastic, with fun water slides. Was here for a conference. Here is what they can improve. The bar service by the pool could have been substantially better (drinks were great once received) it was just taking someone down that was hard. Views of the roof top, could have been more creative with this. Cell service was non existant and once we checked out of the room we didnt even have wifi access The WORSTwas the no seeums!! We had an outdoor event by the pool and everyone was getting Tore Up with bites!!!! My legs are horrible and itchy today!!!! If your have a function here I sure hope its not your wedding!!! They have to fix this!!!

I would like to give a huge shoutout to Jamie for the wonderful job she did helping to sell and plan the Hyatt Coconut Point to my family, specifically my daughter and future son-in-law, for their future wedding. Jamie went completely out of our way to assist us in planning our daughter’s special day. Unfortunately, out of my control, my daughter and her fiancé chose another venue. Nevertheless, Jamie was wonderful and please don’t hesitate to visit her for an upcoming wedding or business conference. This is only the second review I’ve ever given, and we’re going to another venue, not because of Jamie or the venue, but because of specific needs of the bride and groom. That should tell you all you need to know! She was very caring and empathetic. Thank you Jamie

Hi Susan, we love welcoming our neighbors to the resort, whether dining in our restaurants, enjoying a cocktail and live entertainment, visiting the coffee shop, getting your hair done at the salon or indulging in a massage or facial at the spa. No membership is needed, all of these areas are open to the public every day.
Our pools are open from 5am to 10pm daily. The waterslides and lazy river operate from 9am to 5pm during winter. The boat departs the marina hourly from 9:45am to 2:45pm and returns hourly from 10:15am to 3:15pm. The resort also has trolley transportation every 35 minutes to the golf course, marina and the Hyatt Coconut Plantation Vacation Club.
Two and a bar I think, and another outside by the pool. There is also a taco stand that looks like a truck that was closed when we were there.

We also provide cooler rentals so guests can bring beverages and snacks as well. The beach is in an ecological preserve, therefore, there are no concessions on the island.

We were just there last weekend. There is one restaurant open for breakfast, then one open during the day, then another one open in the evening.
Guests can check in to the resort before your guestroom is ready. With that, wristbands can be provided to you for access to the resort's amenities. We are happy to store your luggage and can offer access to the spa's changing rooms to freshen up and get ready for the pools.

Hi Lucy, thank you for asking. Access is available only to registered overnight guests of the resort.
I think that every room has a balcony, but some are bigger than others. Alternating floors seem to have larger (table and chairs) and smaller (just step out) balconies. The hotel offers a free shuttle at pre-set times to the nearby shopping center (it has a Target, among other stores). You can also uber to the shopping plaza for around $8 -it's very close.
Yes they do. Go to OPEN TABLE or call direct
Check in 4pm check out is 11am but sometimes if you need more time and its possible they will try to accommodate you
Hi Crystal, the lazy river and waterslides are available to Hyatt's registered overnight resort guests daily.
