Curious to know if there is a way to find out ahead of time what kind of class its going to be...like strength, power, endurance, ect
Monday through Friday the earliest class is 5am and the latest is 7pm. Weekends it is 6:15-11:15 am. Classes are an hour long. Week days they have a time period from 12-3 where there are no classes, this varies slightly on some days.
There are clases from 615 to 7 on week days and till 3 on weekends
