Yes they are running a special. The advertising is for a summer float but you can ask for rootbeer!! --Make sure you order it without Ice!!! I got it a week ago it was awesome

No. They don't have regular ice cream and I am not sure, but I don't think they have Root Beer. Try Sonic or Culvers east down the street.
