The playground is not, the rest is at your own risk. Please don't scare off the birds or disturb the other guests.
I take my dog for walks there in the evening, occasionally. Leash required, no fenced in area except the playground where they are not allowed to go. My pup enjoys the little bush maze.
It's a great place for a short leashes walk. They aren't allowed on the playground so be aware if you are bringing a little one.
