Yes, the suggestion to call is the best. They may be full, but will work with you if possible, I'm sure.
We are moving to Jacksonville FL as soon as our house sells here in Tacoma, WA and will be driving our travel trailer down. Would like a site that is for a 35' full hook up while we search for our forever home in Jacksonville. THis happens to be in a very good location for us and are looking at staying a month maybe 2. I called and left a voicemail but have not received a call back as of yet.
Unfortunately we do not provide long term or permanent sites. We have monthly sites that are limited in the time allowed. Currently the rent is $475.00 a month plus electric at .13 cent per kilowatt hour. However we have a waiting list for those spots. To add yourself to the waiting list please call during normal business hours which are Monday through Friday from 9-5.

There are at least "several" people that are permanently parked there.
Mark's suggestion to call is good. I stay a few times a year for 3 or 4 days and for 7 months in 2007 and again in 2014. If they are full, there are 2 parks north of town near the airport. 1 similar to Fleetwood, the other high end. I've stayed at both.
I used to live in the mobile home section for over 10 years but I would definitely call First to see how many vacancies they have
