In addition to those in the office, staff includes 2 fulltime grounds and maintenance men, an evening on-call person, and 2 housekeeping people. Facilities include a sizable open dog park, men’s and women’s bathrooms, a 24-hour laundry room with all new machines, and a community rec-room with a large screen TV that is open 6 am until 830 pm and has coffee available in the morning. I am GUESSING that car campers would be allowed. However, it's best to check with Fleetwood directly about this. I might add they have limited vacancy for any type of unit, most of the time.

15 miles is about right. Traffic is heavy but moves really well east bound in the morning and west bound in the afternoon

The bathrooms were very clean and locked for our protection I agree that the park was very clean very nice sites were sort of close together I do agree it was in a more questionable part of the city however no one bothered us and we did enjoy our stay
