I had a banner made for $200.00 + dollars. The top of the banner was blurry. I have worked with Vistaprint, Office Max and a local company in Tallahassee, FL and they all offer reprints and refunds for blurry products. To get my banner fixed I was told I have to pay an additional $135.00? We are a small business and I feel we were taken full advantage of. I will never do business with you all again. I was told it is my fault. I've never been told that by anyone in the business professional field. Ridiculous.

I went here on a Thursday morning with a last minute rush request for a coffee mug printed for my daughters softball coach. Not only did they take the request, they were friendly and fun to sit and chat with while they took my order. I’ll be back. Thanks, guys.
