I don't work there. I have always had questions or a special request met with a positive out come. I am normally pretty much able to handle and load my car without issue. Not that long ago I had a medical issue and asked for an assist. The manager ln duty came over and helped me to load my car and took the cart in with him. I regularly see the baggers assisting people to their cars and bringing the cart in. Its good old fashion service. Just ask nicely and say Thank You. I have never seen anyone tip the help and don't think the help there even considers it. They all just seem to sincerely want to do a great job for the customer.
I have asked several times as I have to get my walker out and go get basket, bk to car. There needs to be a corral to get & to leave carts. No one has been rude but it is not being worked.
You could Sk the bagger to com9to your care with you. And they would take it back.
Seems to me that's something you should be asking the store, not google.
