Safeway is always such a happy place for me. All the fruits and vegetables, floral department and a butcher's stand that's incredible. But this time I had a little snag. I had clipped a couple of coupons and was charged full price. I went to the customer service department and they fixed it right away. But had I gone in and had a grocery cart full of food, I wouldn't had caught it. I hope this hasn't happened to anyone. Please check your receipts and make sure you're getting your discounts.

Clean store but takes FOREVER to check out. They always have 1 checkout open and one employee at the self checkout after 5 p.m. 99% of the people that shop here are elderly. You need to tell your employees to MOVE. They are SO SLOW. (They're older too) Extremely frustrating when you are only here to buy a few items.

The prices are a little higher Safeway, it's like a great big convenience store. That being said it's really clean generally the stores are taken care of this one is taken care of. So it's like you're paying a premium to shop in a premium store. So if that's what you're looking for a place to go that feels safe feels clean then Safeway is for you. If you're looking for the deal you might want to go to Fry's.

Nice Safeway if you ever need anything, staff has been very helpful. Even if you don't ask for help, they will take the time to ask if you need help. Great experience.
