Hi, Is this a permeant residence park, if so do you have units for sale/ or open lots? We are looking for 2/2 or 3/2 and possible three units. Diane.

They generally have an open lot or two and if you drive through the park you can find if anything is for sale as each site is individual the office won't have that information. Also the watage their is only 40 to 70 amps they have nothing bigger than a 2/2. The power supply and size of the individual sites won't support anything bigger.but yea you can be a permanent resident there

There are permanent residence. It will mainly depend on the wattage requirements of your rig. I know they are almost full for this fall and winter. You would need to speak with the management in the office about availability during the times your coming down.

You can find then. In. Tanglewood park. lot Rent is 4oo. A month they have the size you want but not Rose Bay. It a RV park .
