Have any improvements been made, we were there last summer and the sites were in need of improvement

There hss been improvements. Alot of the sites with permenant residents have been cleNed up still a couple not so good but the management seems to be working on it. All the transit sites are in good shape. I ha e been here 2 yrs. Will be coming back fo 6 months. We love it here at ROSE BAY

I have only been here 6 weeks. But I can say there are still improvements to be made. My spot is an example, it’s secluded and shaded, that’s great but since grass doesn’t grow, years ago someone put tarps down and put rock in. It’s not been updated, tarps stick up and show, so trip hazard, roots from the trees are also a trip hazard. There is only one maintenance man for the entire place, way too much work for one person. The ladies in the office are great but I think the owners of the camp ground limit them from doing upgrades that are needed. The pool is nice, the people that live here permanently are nice, the ones that come for a short stay, well, I guess they don’t care because they are kinda messy, don’t clean up after their pets, don’t hit the dumpster with their trash.

Exactly the same? Last summer they redid the entire pool area...looks awesome! Folks that don't live here have to remember we've had a major hurricane since last summer! While we here didn't get a direct hit we suffered worse than we did with the direct hit of Mathew the year prior. Major flooding every where. A lot of people myself included in and out of Rosebay loss their cars due to flooding inside all the way up past the seats! The wind damage was massive...power outage was horrible! Many improvements stalled due to clean up which takes a month or more easy! However the lots to the left of the main road in have never ever been bad ever. What is it that they need exactly? I've lived here now 2.5 yrs! With the exception of the slob who purchase the rv next to us who has a trailer...and multiple cars parked out front making it look like a dump...this area and the street over are very nice! Rosebay management works very hard!some fulltime residents make their lots look bad!
