It's decent if your in the bath/laundry area it's free but once you're back in your camper you have to pay for it $5/day $10/days $15/a week and so on the longer you rent it the better the value.
Yes but you have to buy a state fishing license they do not offer camp licences
You usually can reserve a spot without any trouble except through the month of March when Daytona host their bike week then things fill up pretty quickly.
Yes the campground is pre wired with Spectrum. You just have to call Spectrum and have them send someone to come set it up.
Yes but some connections maybe farther away at some sights so it causes you to have to buy longer tubing to get it to connect.
Is there a restriction on the age of a travel trailer
No they do not.
No but I can take a picture and post it
Yes you can rent an RV spot monthly as long as there is space but sometimes you may have to move spots around the park if someone reserved your spot before you get to pay for the next month.
They have rv sites. Not sure on pricing. We are only staying here for four nights.
Yeah kinda
No
That would be like a yearly rental regardless if you're in the RV or not your RV is still on the lot. Currently our yearly lot rent is 509 dollars in US dollars. It typically goes up 20 dollars a month in April each year but hopefully it wont in 2020. This price if if you become an annual tenant which is the cheapest route however they will do a background check that used to be 25 dollars per person. There is a nonrefundable one time pet fee as well. Trust me when I tell you that it's the cheapest around especially considering the size of lots compared to other RV parks in the area!! We have lived here almost 5 yrs and love it!! Hopefully you'll have a way to translate what I've said if you're unable to read english. Take care!
No annual rental only 6 months at a time and cost depends on location
Yes sometimes owners rent out to people must pass park background checks though
Yes sir they have 30amp and 50 amp sewer and electric
U can count on about $500. Give or take a.little. i would call now for a spot thay get full fast
They generally have an open lot or two and if you drive through the park you can find if anything is for sale as each site is individual the office won't have that information. Also the watage their is only 40 to 70 amps they have nothing bigger than a 2/2. The power supply and size of the individual sites won't support anything bigger.but yea you can be a permanent resident there
There hss been improvements. Alot of the sites with permenant residents have been cleNed up still a couple not so good but the management seems to be working on it. All the transit sites are in good shape. I ha e been here 2 yrs. Will be coming back fo 6 months. We love it here at ROSE BAY
The monthly rent depends if you're annual or not. The trailers and rvs for sale seem to go in phases. Sometimes we see for sale by owner signs pop up 3 to 4 at a time then months and nothing. End of summer when snowbirds leave is a great time to check. Currently I've seen maybe 2...a nice one just down the street from us put a sign up this week...don't know the price...I have a huge 38ft 5th wheel with 4 pullout...so I'm not in the market. Its a great place to live....don't pay attention to the complainers...you just can't please some people! The prices are so awesome especially in Port Orange!! Yet these folks want 5 star accommodations for a 3 star price! Also what few kids are here are well mannered and they enforce the 10pm quiet time...never in 2.5 yrs have ever had a problem with loud neighbors...the park is quiet 10pm period..oh and the ladies who manage Rosebay are just amazing...friendly...funny and they go out of their way to try to accommodate guests!
Oh the sites are very nice size you're not squeezed in like in other parks at all! I've seen many RV with a satellite like you are describing
Yep I've been here for 2.5 yrs...not sure how many year round sites are available..only so many are designated for annual/year round
