Yeah they don't like it when you cancel lol they make it hard you have to go there
You need to go to any location and get the form and mail it, it's a pain, I guess stopping paying might hurt your credit.
Do like me go month to month and you can cancel anytime.
Contact your credit card or debit card company and have them put a stop payment on the monthly fee. This way you don't have to go to a physical location. Or go to an actual LA Fitness location and request a cancellation.
Ask for a membershipcancellation form at thegym's front desk. If they don't have this form, you can write a letter to LA Fitness stating the reasons you must cancel. You can also sign into your LA Fitness online account. Go to “My Account” and look for thecancellation form.
You need to go there during normal business hours when management is present. They can cancel membership in the system.
