The equipment is disgusting, the facilities looks like they have barely been cleaned and say that the staff working there is unprofessional is a massive understatement. I've seen them hit customers and I once saw one of their staff members threatened some dude with a knife and that guy STILL works there!! Why this place isn't shut down and investigated by the local police department or sheriff's is beyond me, especially considering I've seen staff doing coke and slamming pills like they're candy. I've seen prison locker rooms that are SAFER than this rat's nest of a gym

Basketball court is typically soaking wet due to condensation and nothing has been done for months despite the front desk being told weekly. MASSIVE safety hazard, you literally cannot run on the basketball court without risking injury most of the time.

The staff and sales people keep lying about the hours. They keep saying they will go back to normal hours and never do. They will lie to you and say they are trying to go 24hr or stay open later, but that's just to get your money.
