Giving two stars unfortunately (normally would be 5/5) because they are hiring actual jerks that seem to either be inexperienced or just flat out disrespectful and rude naturally? I know most dispensaries do not take vertical ID, Cinder is nice in the fact that they have always accepted my vertical ID since I turned 21 with no issues. Today I went in (I come in often enough to be a well known regular) and was asked if I had another form of identification because the SAME ID that I have been using at their store since I turned 21 years old, did not have a seal on the back (older issued ID’s the seal is on the front). Basically telling me it was fake or something? I didn’t have the energy to deal with it so I started to walk away until I heard him go to a coworker and say “that was going to be a hassle”. So I turned around and asked to speak to the manager, he went into the back room and came out after a few minutes and said “I am the manger, but I brought out another ID to show you that I was wrong because older issued ID’s in fact do not have a seal on the back, it is on the front). It’s not the fact that he made a mistake, but how he treated me was a huge problem. Very unprofessional and VERY rude to treat a loyal customer that way. Unfortunately I think this assistant manager Dan has ruined Cinder for me. I love the coworkers that have been there for a while, they are all very sweet and respectful and fun to be around. These new hires are ruining the company in my opinion. Very disappointed and sad after todays visit.

Stopped by there today for the first time and was helped by Abbi who was so sweet and helpful! It's my first time with edibles so she walked me through the types that would best suit what I wanted to get out of it so I got a few items and the cherry on top was the little note of dosing instructions ❤️ made all the difference! Felt welcomed and got such a great first experience! Thank you again! Will definitely be stopping by again next time we're in Spokane 😄

The staff here was fantastic! Nadya was super helpful and knowledgeable on the products. I was very pleased with their prices and selection. Next time I am up in Spokane I will for sure be stopping there.

I bought 3 cartridges less than a month ago. At the time of purchase I was informed if there was any problems with defects then they would replace it. I did not hear them say with a receipt either. I am used to the local shops that can look purchased us up a phone number for exchanges on defects. I opened these up today and 1 cartridge was oozing out the top and bottom but still had about 50% of the cartridge left so I cleaned it up and it put it in. The second one I opened had all the oil leaked out on the foam and it had less than 25% of the cartridge left. I called today so see if they would replace it and they said not unless I had the receipt. I purchased these with another person and the other person took the receipt. I guess this is my mistake for purchasing cheap cartridges. I typically don’t stray away from the cartridges I buy, but the guy really talked these up since they have live resin and they said they get a really good discount and can offer a pretty good discount. So I figured I’d try it. The cartridges themselves are pretty good but in the long run I am spending more money buying these cartridges because when I get around to using them there is 1/4 of the cartridge to smoke. I probably won’t buy full spec ever again just because They leaked and I feel like I was ripped off. But I guess that’s the risk you take going with something new that was cheap.
