We dined out with another couple last night at Poseidon. Very busy for a Mon. night, but not surprised. The food and service were terrific at this place. Our server, Shaylin, did a fantastic job! My shrimp cocktail was a great start. The Poseidon Combo was a hearty portion and very delicious. Someone else ordered seared scallops. The bacon jam was not the best complement for this dish. The scallops were sweet enough on their own. This was the second time at a Serg restaurant where the coffee was only warm. The cappuccino was cold, too. I wonder if they keep these beverages warm or cold after someone sued and collected from McDonald's when a customer spilled hot coffee on him/herself. Courts are America's piggy bank these days. We all had great meals at Poseidon, and all were generously portioned. Unfortunately, the Bourbon Pecan pie dessert was only a skimpy slice. Quite delicious, but way overpriced for $9. A sad ending after a terrific meal!

Every Serg restaurant is excellent! Very trained and professional staff. Environment is very welcoming and the whole group does a amazing job would highly recommend!

Called Poseidon 11:45 to make reservations for 2 people. Whoever it was that answered the phone could not speak well enough to be understood. Had to continually ask her to repeat everything she said. Even after repetition, it was nearly impossible to understand what she said. Eventually, I was told that there were no reservations available until after 9:00 unless I wanted to come in at 3:45!!!! Been a regular Serge Group Customer for 7 years. Never so disappointed in staffing or availability. Company sure has changed! Hope things change dramatically before you come to Bluffton.
