the staff is super friendly, the wait times haven't been more than 10 minutes. Front desk staff is friendly and very personable- I don't get the negative reviews

Most of these ugly reviews are unfounded and full of entitlement and lack of mindfulness and understanding to what goes into treating the mentally unwell. Time and patience. but it can be stressful especially for the staff. My ONLY complaint (which is not even worth docking a star for) is that the front office could be *slightly* more diligent (i.e. setting reminders/writing notes etc). In the past I've had occasional issues with them getting back to me on things, which caused mild inconvenience. Including reoccurring payment proof issues (saying we owe, when we dont). But theres something many people tend to forget.... THEY ARE ONLY HUMAN... they did apologize when the mistakes were presented and wanted to work with us to correct them. They were NOT rude, Just stressed. Lay off people seriously I also work in health care and know the full extent of how people can be rude and entitled when they have NO idea what healthcare workers have to go through. The Staff otherwise are very nice, the doctors, especially Dr. B is amazing and truly knows how to help people. Even the way the office is decorated is so calming and mental health freindly, not just some dingey bland waiting room. And as far as the wait times? Yea they are often long and have a lot of time roll overs.... BUT THATS BECAUSE THE DOCTORS ARE PATIENT AND KIND AND GIVE the mental patients the time they need... and if any of you truly knew how mental health works.. you'd understand that the cost/slight inconvenience of waiting could mean the stark difference in someones well being. Be patient and Kind. This is a place of health and those who struggle mentally.

They do not answer the phone, and they do not call back. They are clearly not here to help anyone but themselves.

Donna, Please call the office and ask to speak with me. I will tell the front office to place your call immediately to me. I would like to speak with you.

U need to get him on that so the loyal Dr.m patients have somewhere to go. That will show them that u did do everything you could and that u do care. The Dr. Will still get paid and these patients may learn how to trust against. Right

All applications were sent in July, now it is up to the insurance plans. They tend not to be in a great hurry.

What does your remaining therapists accept for insurance. What does your new Dr accept for insurance. Doesn't your office accept magellan

Our office does accept Magellan, the new provider is not yet credentialed with Magellan, so he cannot accept patient’s with Magellan Insurance. Our therapist’s are credentialed with insurance but currently their schedules are full.

How can you have a new doctor accepting new patients when you can't take care of the good patients that have loyally been going to Dr. M for years. Lot of people going through very dangerous withdrawals. You need to help them.

New doctor not on many insurance panels and cannot accept the patient’s who are on these insurances. Also the doctor was local and has many patient’s of his that have followed him. I am so sorry for the patient’s left in these predicaments and we have discussed this at the office multiple times. There are just so many patient’s the office can handle at this time. When the new doctor is accepted on the insurance panel’s it may be a different story, until then our hands are tied.

What is your physiatrist email?
