Office are closed for the public but they are working! When you call for support only gives the option to leave a message but voicemail is full.

You have to call right away. Call 7 am on the dot because by 8:30 the voicemail box gets full. Word of advice.

I called and left two voice messages and still haven’t got a response. So what do I do now?

I was there yesterday and was told the office might open to the public till January and any documents needed for section 8 we cant access only ebt cards and dropping off documents

But how can we leave voice message they are just spoke to working hours no option for leave message.
