The staff here are so damn rude I called them and they asked me for my social which had nothing to do with what i was trying to do so I asked them why do they need mine if I’m calling for my son so she replied very rude and hung up on me.

I’ve called an called for days .No Answer or Call back about my child Suport now while all this stuff is going on in the world an I’m paying you child support but never received it back on the 15th of each other for 4 months now ... How does that work because I’m still waiting an I got no income but them an I got 3 kids ..

Because it is required all income verification is needed you are his mother they want everything. Think of it as motor vehicle you need a certain amount of points if not they won't issue you your documentation. And Yes they are very RUDE AND CONDESCENDING I so agree take a deep breath and try because that's what they want so they don't have to deal with it and close your case for quick they have done it to me good luck

I'm trying to get through to them, but I can't. I filled out application, but they never asked for income and all it says is that they reviewing for case worker. How if the dint ask for income. They don't answer phone or say anything

They ask for everything so u r supposed to give them what their asking for then u let them now what u r calling for n its better if u go into the place u get better results that way n make sure u bring everybody's paperwork u no like ss birth certificate stuff like that n go early cuz u get out faster

They usually ask for the head of household's social to be able to look up the case- children unless imanpancipated do not have their own cases. Of course, this will never justify their rudeness.
