Your airline will make all of the arrangements. They should have when you booked your flight
You should call the airline in advance to arrange for wheelchair. I did for my mother in law, told them the time I'll be at the airport & they got a wheelchair ready. Your arrival destination, there's also a wheelchair reserved for her.
