The TSA does not actively search for prescription medications. That is not their function. If you have your medication in the same prescription container....I do not believe there any restrictions ....So, yes..you are allowed!
I carry mine with me all the time through RSW and I've never had security check my prescriptions. I think they would look past a couple of pill bottles but more concerned with freezer bags full of pills.
