American airlines has served snack bags and water, alcoholic drinks to 1st (not every flight). The airports I have been too have at least a couple food places open.
I've only seen a clear plastic zip lock bag with a small water and a snack(like pretzels) and some food places are open
Philadelphia international and fort Meyers had bars open but on flight I seen no drinks being ordered. They have little travel bags with water and a snack
