I have a case of 12 Pure Protein drinks in cookies-n-cream flavor that I purchased and can't return. Still sealed and nothing opened. Expires ends of Sept. Is this something the food bank could use?

Most definitely they'll accept them as long as it's sealed and roughly new or something that hasn't been touched in any way the organization will definitely accept them
