Yes, they do have a lab on site and I guess depending on the type of lenses, etc they should be able to get them done for you in that time frame. I got progressive lenses so mine had to be sent out but I got them in less than a week.
Some stores have labs onsite, but not all. A lot of lenses/prescriptions can be done same day, but not all. Depends on what you need/want.
