I have a gift card how do i use it for groceries for delivery?

Walmart does have an 'order ahead' program. They will have all your groceries bagged & all you do is drive up & get them

I know Walmart has an orfer ahead.They will shop and have all the items you ordered and paid for ready .You set the time and there is an hour limit because you may have ordered food that needs to be refrigerated. I guess a taxi would pick it up and deliver to you.Probably in extreme hardships.

Go online if you can and find out there. If no internet, I suggest you phone customer service department of whichever Walmart you are doing business with

if it's for Walmart just give it to the cashier when you get your groceries
