No, they do not usually hold items with a phone call. Can be order online and they will pull it for you or can be deliver to the store if not in stock
Order for store pickup, they will take it to your car when you get there. Park on the west side marked in Orange parking spaces for pick ups

I agree with all of the above answers, if you can't do the order online thing I bet you can probably get someone at Walmart to set it aside or at least be able to tell you there are multiples of the item. If you do that then it is probably best to get ahold of the department itself that the item is in, and get the persons name
Order online and if they have the item, they'll keep it for you or bring it from another store. You pick it up at the back of the store.
