You need to drive to the center of town of Vero Beach. About 8 miles. Lots if good restaurants there.

Yep drive, muligans is a great place, head south, and you will come to vero, turn left
I agree when staying at this resort its better to drive to Vero or Sebastian to eat.

You cant rent a bike. However, they have a mom and pop pizza place near by and a mom and pop sandwich/gift shop as well.
There is nothing walkable outside of the resort. Any off-site restaurants or activities will be a decent drive (15+ min) away. There is a one pretty good pizza place close but they also deliver to the resort
There's no offsite restaurant within walking distance, but you can rent a bicycle or it's a short drive to some lovely restaurants, like the Ocean Grill in Vero Beach.
The resort has two restaurants and a quick serve. There is a pizza place you can walk to by the public beach. Otherwise yes you need to drive to get to restaurants.

There is only one restaurant in the Resort. All other restaurants you would have to drive too.
