Funny they don't give your perspectives until after you buy and when people sell they tell you what they pay for lot rent, it is a totally different price when you move in. Not Pet friendly!!!

Lost job unexpectedly, advised Janice in the office I would need to leave. Turned in keys, left house in better condition than when I moved in, left contact info. Expected a move-out statement that showed my loss of security deposit (of course) and any other fees owing. Instead started getting collection agency calls less than 2 months later. Just no reason to be so nasty. House was a mess when I moved in, door locks didn't work, plumbing didn't work. Paint splatters on every knob and pull. Glass shower doors not on a bottom track so swung in on you, and not calked in so water all over the floor, very unsafe. I've lived in several MH but this was a piece of garbage.

Personally for us seniors the lot rent is too high 500 would be great but not 700 can't afford that plus paying for the house
$700-850 includes grass getting cut all around your house weed whacking in front yards Water & trash pickup. We also have three pools three hot tubs in three club houses one exercise room that are nice
