Yes, you can book a room at the inn without having to be a Disney Vacation Club(DVC) Member. I believe in order to book a room in the villas or the other areas on the property, you have to be a DVC member. However, the staff are very friendly and eager to answer any questions you may have so give them a call, or call the main WDW help line. Good luck!!
