Can you have your hair cut and rinsed out for the price of a senior hair cut? I don't want to have to pay for a shampoo when all I want is a rinse.

A shampoo is $5 extra, but they shouldn't charge for a rinse out.

They don't rinse, you either come in with wet hair or they spray it with a spray bottle to wet it so it can be cut. That's done for the price of a haircut.
