You should put it into the oven within an hour of purchase, or you can keep it in the fridge for a few days and bake it anytime, or you can keep it in the freezer for about a week. If you want to keep it in the freezer, ask an employee to double wrap it for you, and when you take it out of the freezer, let it thaw for maybe half an hour before you bake.
