Worst Papa John's ever! We ordered ahead using the app... Ordered Extra Cheese epic stuffed crust. Drove 1.5 miles to go pick it, brought it home, opened the box to find that my pizza has NO cheese, ZERO, ZIP, NATTA. At $6 gallon of gad I should be compensated for my gas and hassle of this epic screw up but nope, incompetent employees led by obvious incompetent management. Don't order from here unless you have extra time and money! This reminded me of why I stopped going to this location.

Pizza was handled without any care.. We received pizza with very thin slices and the other half the pizza was not cut thoroughly . When I called to address the issue spoke to so called manager Oliver.. Very rude and had an attitude right from the start.. Looks like im not the only one Oliver has encountred an attitude with.. Will not be ordering from this location again..

2 weeks ago we ordered pizza and wings and my pizza was delivered cold and without extra sauce like I ordered. So they gave me a free pizza and wing for the next time I ordered. But when I called to order I had to tell my order 3 times to 3 different people and oliver was the last gentleman I talked to and he had complete attitude with me, this will be the last time I will order from them

We called to place an order at 11:30 am and was told the pizza and chicken wings would arrive between 45 min to an hour! At 1:00 pm I tried calling and for an order already placed you push #3 and no one answered eventually I was hung up on! Called back and pushed button for new order and instead of answering my question of when the pizza would arrive he sent me somewhere where I was hung up on! By now I just want to cancel the order, get my money back and go get food somewhere else! Called back and demanded a manager was hung up on! Called and told the person who takes orders to either get me a manager or Else and finally a manager comes on the phone and tells me they have NO record of us placing an order at all today as a papa johns driver is delivering the order at our door! No receipt for my husband to sign! Never again will we order delivery from this Papa Johns! They have no customer service training, no practical way of telling you where your order is, and to have a manager say your order does not show up in their system but yet your credit card has been charged is terrifying! Never again!
