I tried for over an hour to contact ANYONE from this post office, the phone rang until it cut off. This was done several times. This is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE ! Why have a telephone number that is advertised to the public, if NO ONE WILL ANSWER.

There is no reason why the phone wouldn't be answered. I would advise that you try communicating by email or inquire as to whether is another telephone number or extension that can be used to get correspondence.
