yes they were helpful thanks. I was able to get into my account fourth time. I was doing correctly but for some reason it tiok a couple tries.... thank you. One other question, I'll have my 8th donation Wednesday next week. I'll be able to do ten in a month. I'm asking to be paid $50. on my 9th and the same pay $110. on ten in one month. I ve been very loyal to the Ked plasma, Sarasota, Florida. I've also called corporate to ask same question. Using this extra money for my mother in long term retirement house. Heartland South, Sarasota. She developed shrinking at the back of her brain and it's taking my sister,father & myself to pay for her care. From what we're told its long term and will not be coming home..... part of life but pretty tuff to deal with. Thank you for your consideration.......
