I went there and asked for my purse strap to be adjusted and for some reason the measurements turned out to short for my purse. They did something totaly diffrent from what they told me they would do. I feel like they ruined this purse. 😒

This is a dirty and nasty expensive place. Don't recommend it at all! The Chinese that work there are very rude! But their place calls " Smile shoe repair" They don't know, how to treat the customer!

Lee is the BEST!! She is so reasonable and does such wonderful work :) She helped hem and tailor my wedding dress to perfection!! She also offered to steam my dress and veil! I will definitely be taking anything and everything I need hemmed to her!!
