Phoned in for a prescription refill. Phone tree said call your pharmacy. Called Costco to request refill. Next day at noon no word. Drove to my Dr.'s office on Cattleman. Receptionist verified they received the request. Left on a trip for over a week. After being back a few days I called the manager Doug at Costco pharmacy to verify the prescription was called in to Dr. He said he would resubmit anyway. Called the CEO/President's office of Intercoastal, Dr. Steel. Got a woman named Shiela. I offered to email Dr. Steel. Shiela said she would take notes and provide to Dr. Steel. Became argumentative over the "Portal". Told her at the start this was not about the Portal. Never apologized or said she had any concerns over what happened, and instead escalated the aggrevation. Seriously no training! Typed a letter to Dr. Steel and mailed over a week ago. No response. Sadly, the Doctors in this practice are good and are not being supported by the administration. There were 27 reviews, 7 or 8 were one star representing about 25% of reviews. They certainly know they have a problem (but lack the ability or skills to correct?). Sad.

I have been a patient for several years. Lately cannot get anyone to answer the phone.? The portal seems to have a mind of its own and I can't get into it. Definitely not service oriented at least not now 🙄

Not my favorite place. Long waits unexplained paperwork, Drs who don't read a patients medical history and seem to make a minor procedure into a HUGE medical issue. Oh yes, did I say this isn't a nice place to be
