As aHD employee of 18yrs, our policy & notice on our door states "Service Animals Only" but as long as your pet is not aggressive or tries to attack anyone in the store we've not refused entrance. But I can only speak about my store....
I often take my two dashounds with me. I Take a leash, a pad for thier small feet if i have them in the cart. I have taken my great paronies before. I always have something to clean up after them in case of an emergency. I always make sure they go to the bathroom before I take them in any public place
I saw a dog in the store when I last visited,so I guess yes.
Many people bring their dogs with them.
