Great place to live for females only. Great rates. Wi-Fi cable TV and phone included. Laundry room kitchen and backyard patio.Very affordable and on the bus line. Ownership has changed and there is upgrades to the building is taking place.

Does a person have to be referred to live here? The phone line is busy and not accepting calls, is there an email to check for availability?

They are having phone service issue. I believe somebody is in the office 8-5. Not a bad place if you want a room.

Why are there no benches or chairs around this building or even inside for the residents to sit on and socialize in their spare time. Folks with breathing troubles like me would love to see between each other so I could sit and catch my breath.

There's only a bench in the front of the building near the gate. Also in the kitchen.. most people go around the back of the building to relax and socialize.

It's mainly for women. There's a men's hall down the street someplace.
