Call the local office number. Stay on hold. It may take a while but they will answer. I was on hold for a good while. They are all working from home, the days rotate for who's answering phones. Also keep in mind they are short staffed like everyone else. Not sure how the calls are going through, but I know there's been some electric issues up Timberlake. You can call the main SSA number and let someone call you. Even if you get through on the local number there is no way to be transferred to who's working with you. Your best bet may be to call the federal number. Working remotely is a massive pain. Not just for us but for them too. BTW for every worker they have, each of them has about 7000 clients to deal with. Be patient. I know it's frustrating. Call the main SSA number. You can get that from 211. Or the white pages if you have a book. Or Google it if you can. Good luck. Honestly, the main number is probably best.
