Came in on Sunday after hitting a rock and popping a hole in my tire. I desperately needed a new tire before Monday (I have to travel a ways to get to work and would have been unable to find a ride) and the manager there knew my situation and worked to get me worked in despite how busy things were.

I have been calling since Saturday Sept. 17th to get an estimate and appointment to no avail. A person named Glen promised to call back when I got an answer on the phone on Sunday Sept.18th.Well no return phone call as of Monday morning.Finally Monday afternoon a lady answers the phone saying how they had a lack of workers, and she had the most FOWL attitude and told me this man named Glen was the store manager. To just tell the simple truth- they both need to be removed from their jobs.The biggest funniest thing is that I am a SECRET SHOPPER from corp.This situation will be taken care of.
