This place is the amazing!! Dr. Sloan is THE BEST and literally changed my entire life! Other friends of mine that have gone to see him all thought the same thing, too. We all think he’s probably the ONLY doctor who ever truly listened to us and our needs, but most of all made us feel safe and encouraged- which is what you truly need at a time like this. If you or any of your friends or family are suffering/ please PLEASE don’t let it just continue, be sure to go see Dr. Sloan so he can save your life, too!!

I have had the pleasure of knowing Dr. Sloan for almost 10 years now. Dr. Sloan is the best! He is kind and considerate to patients’ individual needs. Dr. Sloan treats his patients and staff with dignity and respect. He is great and truly is the best at what he does. The doctor has helped put countless lives back on track. The man is a Godsend! I am thankful for what the doctor has done for my family.

My experiences with crossroads Rehab Dr Rick Sloan and staff were life changing. Not only am i speaking for myself but others too. Dr Sloan saved me, and saved every person I referred to him..friends and friends of friends, etc. anytime I heard an addiction story I passed on Dr Sloan's number knowing fully well they will be in great hands and will receive the absolute best care and best chance at getting their lives back. He is professional, understanding, smart and knows how to deal with the best of us and the worst of us, the nice addict and the mean addict and all in-between. He is understanding and always treated me like I was someone, a human being. Compassion with great care is what you will get from Dr Rick Sloan. You will hear stories of how great he is, how he catered to their personality, individual needs, always understanding, sympathetic, and respectful! something addicts don't often get! That alone separates him into the Stratosphere as far as I'm concerned. How many doctors have absolutely zero skills on how to deal with the complexity of addiction? Not many! Dr Rick absolutely does and nails it! Period.. The business of addiction is not easy or pretty, and it takes very special people with extraordinary skills to do what they do successfully. Praise to Dr Rick & Staff. I consider myself lucky to have found him!

Puts their staff in tremendous danger. Particularly Dr. Salone, who in spite of an oath to do no harm ignores the violent outbursts of some patients towards staff and ignores red flags and warning signs encouraging staff to just deal with it. Im keeping detailed records of his negligence so when inevitably he gets someone hurt we can see justice served. I encourage anyone else who has a similar experience to reach out to me so we can keep him accountable. This man has endangered my friends and family who work there and will continue to do so unless something is done. It is a disgusting shame that a place that strives to do good and help people recover is complicit in endangering the lives of the people who care enough to help in recovery, there is not even security available on the weekends. I do not blame the patients going through it, i blame the authorities responsible who should know better.
