If the ovarian reserve is high, the best option might be IVF to get the highest chance of conception in the shortest time and to be able to evaluate the genetics of the embryos that result. Women with a borderline low ovarian reserve are better candidates for tubal reversal, knowing that the probability of success is going to be very low
